Sounds good to me. But if the price on world oil market is so low, that would include oil pump out of the ground right here. Why isn't he filling up our oil reserves from here, while it's cheap? Probably a stupid question, but I only really follow price at the gas pump. Why do we need Saudi oil for our strategic oil reserves when we were #1 in production, according to the CIA world fact book?
