Another perspective on the Sandy Hook Hoax theory is this. There is at least SOME BASIS for a credible hoax theory that should exonerate a talk show host from a $1.5 BILLION DOLLAR JUDGEMENT to Sandy Hook families.

This is a whole other can of worms. The premise of the case is that, apparently, as a result of Jones' claims, people faced intense harassment. On the one hand, if true, that is in fact illegal. On the other hand, he could have been targeted as a result of his speaking out against the government.Another perspective on the Sandy Hook Hoax theory is this. Even in the worst case, no amount of "harrassment" is worth a payoff of $75 million dollars per family. This is a whole other can of worms. Depends on how you look at it. The assessment is intended to be a detriment to it happening again. An insignificant amount wouldn't serve as an adequate detriment. Jones has more than enough to pay that amount, and he made much of it by making those families miserable.Even in the worst case, no amount of "harrassment" is worth a payoff of $75 million dollars per family.
When you consider punitive AND compensatory damages...it's a lot, but that's sort of the point. From my understanding, these people faced pretty intense harassment, even in their own homes.Even in the worst case, no amount of "harrassment" is worth a payoff of $75 million dollars per family.
The dollar amount simply doesn't matter. Why is this even an issue? It's only money.Even in the worst case, no amount of "harrassment" is worth a payoff of $75 million dollars per family.
Massive jury awards are a travesty of justice. And more recently they are being used to destroy people for political reasons as in the case of Alex Jones and Rudy Giuliani. The dollar amount simply doesn't matter. Why is this even an issue? It's only money.
Jones played a stupid game, he won his prize. Zero pity I have for him. Z E R O.Massive jury awards are a travesty of justice. And more recently they are being used to destroy people for political reasons as in the case of Alex Jones and Rudy Giuliani.
While I can sort of see your point, on account of what happened, you couldn't just let him get away without any repercussions.Massive jury awards are a travesty of justice. And more recently they are being used to destroy people for political reasons as in the case of Alex Jones and Rudy Giuliani.
I don't think anyone in the thread has actually said its fake. Save your knee jerk reactions for something else.Maybe you should go visit the graves of the dead children and teachers and tell us its fake.
Your first post says crisis actors. Nine out of ten psychiatrists now beliew you cray cray bro. While I can sort of see your point, on account of what happened, you couldn't just let him get away without any repercussions.

Yes, that's because people who believe it's a hoax argue that people involved are crisis actors. I wanted to address that argument. God damn, dude. You are such an NPC. You saw the phrase, "crisis actors" and it immediately triggered a "cover your ears and close your eyes" response to the point that you didn't even see what the substance of the text was.Your first post says crisis actors. Speaking of those living on planet cray cray. All of those imaginary ones with no birth records?
After you Mr Gullible .
Cool then answer the question. Did it occur? Was it a government conspiracy?Yes, that's because people who believe it's a hoax argue that people involved are crisis actors. The questions were answered in what I wrote.Speaking of those living on planet cray cray.

Of course, it occurred, The fact that it only occurred in the conspiracy theory clouded minds of crazy people is the important part. It's an integral part of the alternate reality the crazies invented.Speaking of those living on planet cray cray.

That is exactly the sort of emotional distraction that allows these insane UNJUST jury awards.Maybe you should go visit the graves of the dead children and teachers and tell us its fake.
