It would be interesting to ask billionaires how they would respond to such a tax.

It is likely few would claim, "I will pay whatever the government wants, and I will not attempt to minimize the impact."

Some have already responded to the MOOCHING DEMOCRAT PARASITE THIEFS by packing up and moving all their wealth to other countries who are only too happy to have them.
