Alcohol should be illegal like most other drugs are. But Big Booze pays huge bribes to our congressmen and that's that.

The City of San Francisco is handing out bottles of beer, glasses of wine and shots of vodka to homeless alcoholics - and spending $5m a year on the program.

The alcoholic drinks are served by nurses as part of the city's 'managed alcohol program', which has been running for four years, as a way of taking care of vulnerable homeless people.

This is a demonstration of social responsibility in the face on near hopelessness on account of the emphasis being placed on punitive measures against unfortunate Americans. Few Americans will understand.

Aks me for more details!

Yes instead of trying to dry em out pay to keep em in their current state...great plan.

Yes, it is politics. It's at the heart of America's fight for socialism in government as opposed to the greedy stylle of capitalism that has plainly failed the working class.
Damn, I don't see anyone in NH giving away free shots. :auiqs.jpg:

I read the whole article. I don't see one mention of politics or any mention of a political leader or spokesperson giving their opinion on this giveaway.
Oh wait....I take that back. My bad. :)

"Even San Francisco's own mayor, London Breed appears to be at odds with her own public health department, believing the technique of harm reduction was not actually reducing the harm, but making things far worse"

America's solutions to the peoples' problems don't work. It's as simplistic as being able to understand that a shot of vodka sends a nuanced message that could convince the working class to vote for Trump's solutions.

Such as: Working class Americans will recover their right to the American way as soon as it is taken away from illegal immigrants.

Biden isn't fooling anybody with his claims that they will provide the cheap labour that Americans choose to avoid!

The thing I do not understand about topics like this......................

Do you live in San Fran? I don't so it's really none of my business.

The taxpayer quoted in the article? Absolutely. The rest of us who aren't? Not really.

Why Vodka shots?
Why not fentanyl Injections? After all that's what they really want anyway.

You say they dont work and then endorse something that wont work. You is smart arent ya

When government subsidizing anything, you always end up with more of it.

To the point that the feds end up holding the rest of us up at the barrel of a government gun to bail these localities out.
The American people had their chance to stop those who were in the process of stealing democracy and your Constitution, on Jan. 6th.

They left their guns at home while government brought some!
As Ashley would have told you if she was given the chance!

This isn't so much a political problem as much as a societal one that has been ongoing for thousands of years.

There has been no solution for thousands of years....but we think we can fix it? Ha! That's hubris for ya right there!
Everyone in the past that has tried to "fix" society has been labeled either an idiot or a monster. Nothing has changed yet.

People are gonna people. Manage the problem people so that the majority can function. That's actually been the proper way to deal with the issue. Incentivising the problem people with their vices that did them in is of course stupid. So is extermination. But making them feel unwanted? Best thing to do.

Please take this post down. It's against the rules to reveal my last name.

Wouldn't it be a lot easier just to pass out handles of Stoly once a week to the bums instead of serving them several times a day?
