No, it will be the vigilante's fault if violence is ever used. Do crime, do the consequences. This 'da govt made me do it' argument is complete nonsense.

If the government isn't doing it's job, it isn't vigilantism, that only happens in the presence of viable government projection and ownership of power.

Do you? Those business owners have rights. They have paid licensing fees for the right to conduct business in an area that is zoned for business--NOT RESIDENTIAL
I don't see what zoning has to do with it.

You think that public sidewalks in commercial or even industrial areas have no rules? It's like thunderdome or something?

It is clear that you don't know. So STFU about issues that are miles above your head.
I do know. Public sidewalks are public sidewalks. They are public if they are in front of my house and if they are in front of the mini Mart down the street or even the power plant down the road.

You would have to be pretty freaking stupid to actually believe their was a difference.

I disagree. If someone was sleeping in the sidewalk in front of pelosis' house, what do you think would happen?

Do you sincerely believe that some homeless near-human creature would be allowed to sleep on the sidewalk in front of Pelosi's house?

Any such creature surely would be removed as quickly as possible.

I agree with that. Certainly Pelosi wouldn't come out and hose them down with water and neither would the police.

By what authority could they be removed?

According to your fellow lib Marener homeless people are like sacred cows in India and must be allowed to go wherever and do whatever they please

If he gets away with that without being punished, others will soon get away with using guns.

It's government's job but more important, it's government's responsibility to find solutions. Sadly, most Americans will cheer on force like this and try to send the problem the country has created, to somebody's else's neighbourhood.
Taking the Law Back Into Our Own Hands, From Which the Rulers Stole It

In a free country, which a republic never can be, it is the citizens' job to do what the government neglects or outright refuses to do. The ruling class doesn't want us to get used to protecting ourselves, because one day we might wake up and protect ourselves from the ruling class, as we once did against the British aristocrats, who were no worse than the HeirHead tyrants we got now.

Unlawful? That sounds like socialism or communism. You want to force people to work?

Which vagrancy law are you claiming justified a citizen to hose another citizen down with water?

Not everywhere.

That aside, comparing vagrancy to pooping on the sidewalk is silly.

Yeah. Cause no ambulance chasing lawyers are conservative. Those Dems (not libs) have passed laws. That is why I question your assersions.

There's nothing immoral with letting enemies of society starve to death. Bleeding-hearts are haters of normal people.

Mental illness is only defined as such until the behaviour in question is no longer practiced by only a minority. Then it can be defined as normal. Any mental health professional will validate that fact.

Can you think of any such practices in America or some other country where that has actually happened?

I think that believing in Darwinian evolution used to be considered as a mental illness.
Religious Christian beliefs are still not considered to be.
Some fringe religions already are.
