They knew this was going to happen months ago and it began a couple of weeks ago. Subs and planes have been arriving and unloading, now they have tanks along the runway..........

Russian have already repaved much the airbase and runway, you can see all the new asphalt that was laid getting ready for even heavier equipment.

Ministry in syria was car bombed, don't yet know all the details but some two dozen so far are dead
