No idea what that means. But we've been meddling in other countries' elections for hundreds of years, and they've been meddling in ours.
It's not our electoral system that has been corrupted by communism, that is near impossible to do. It's our schools, media, and government, all the way up the the Presidency. McCarthy was investigating the State Department which at the time was rife with communist sympathizers. We've just come through 8 years of a President who for God's sake, was a communist sympathizer and a student of Marxism.
The Russians absolutely loved Obama, because he was their "useful idiot." and they played him like a cheap violin. To believe that they had anything to do with the election of a strong pro-American nationalist capitalist businessman is the most insane idea of the 21st century.
