And like all weapons, they're quickly becoming useless a s defenses are developed to counter them. We know for a fact that the Russian and Chinese systems are complete junk now, so we don't need to worry about their 'alliance' any more, they've pretty much stood down now. So much for 'WW III N Stuff' and the Mighty Russian and Red Chinese as 'allies' is worth to any of their 'friends'.
