Without taxing your half-brain too much, you should consider that most Hispanics (note the capital H) haven't flip-flopped as much as Rubio regarding the so-called illegal immigration...and although Hispanics ARE what will dictate elections for the next half-century, Rubio and his tea-sipping party is not too popular with Latinos and Hispanics.
