Take note of how the current lands occupied by Islamic governments were converted to Islam. Take note of the manner in which they were converted. Then, for bonus points, overlay that knowledge with the tactics employed today, the lands that are in dispute and how those lands came into dispute.

And for extra credit, explain why it is that Osama bin ducking started his jihad against the United States. I have a hint for you. It had nothing to do with occupation.
