Whether 'tis noble to ask the leader of a foreign nation to commence an investigation of a political rival--possibly though military intervention or espionage agents in support of that, (directly in the USA, just likely): Is actually a sensible question in a Trump Administration. "Abuse of Power" is a widening concept, even as more witnesses are corroborating events.
Another foreign concept, "Carte Blanche" even comes to mind. What exactly was in fact the total political, economic and security climate at the time of the call? Rudy Giuliani was involved, so anything nutcase comes to mind.
