Your bizarre claim is she was born a male, but looked female.
There is a condition, called Aphalia, but it is so incredibly rare (Less than 75 reported cases as of 2005) that is unlikely.
The more likely explanation- She was a female born with a lot muscles. It happens.
And this is why cisgendered females should be very worried about transphobia... you could be equally victimized by someone who doesn't think you look feminine enough.
