He’s saying whether it be legal or illegal migration, when you’re letting in millions upon millions of people, in a short period of time, many of them from adversarial countries who do not give us proper access to their records, there is no way you can properly vet them.

US citizens as of January of this year are required to apply for a visa in order to go the UK, and if you have as little as a drunk driving in your record, you will not be allowed in.
