He says that the agent shouldn't have put himself in front of a vehicle. THE AGENT WASN'T IN FRONT, the vehicle was BACKING UP. Then all of a sudden it lurched forward into the guy. If you, or this so called "agent" CBS found had a brain cell still in their head, you could clearly see that. The agent was technically BEHIND the vehicle as it was backing up at the time. The agent didn't walk "in front" of the vehicle anyway, the vehicle backed up and the nose of the vehicle pointed at the agent. He didn't SEEK OUT being in front of it.

This is only going to be solved in the courts. . . if either the feds or the state decides to prosecute.

I have heard that the feds aren't going to, and that they are withholding any helpful evidence from the state, but the state is going to go forward with their own investigation. I don't expect much will come of that.

The video clearly shows Ms. Good turning her vehicle AWAY from the ICE Thugs. It is ICE Thug that grabs door handle of her vehicle as she is turning away. The ICE Thug then discharges his weapon into the moving vehicle, a clear violation of DHS polices and regulations which forbid firing on a moving vehicle, no time the life ICE Thug in danger, he created the situation and he killed her.
