Republicans thankfully shot down price controls this time.
Oh I love how stupid Democrats are. They think we were all born yesterday. But we've lived this stupid dance before. Impose price controls, then watch our prices go through the roof due to scarcity.
Reagan ended Nixon's (a liberal republican) price controls in Jan 1981. At the time the liberal "woke" failing New York Times said that ending price controls were expected to increase gas prices by 20% within a year.
A year later, gas prices fell 50% lol.
Liberals, it's funny how they think they are so smart about things they don't have anything of. Money. Don't you need to actually have something to you know...have experience with it and know how it works? How can poor people know a damned thing about money and economics?
