Poor people have always had health insurance, I’m poor I pay for it.

Some people are too poor to pay for it and those with pre existing condition can sometimes not find health insurance they can afford. If you get your insurance from your employer, then you can probably afford it, but if you have to go out and buy it on your own, it's much more expensive.

I’ve had excellent health insurance for many years.
I called them one time looking for a doctor when I was in another state. Not only did they find one ~a mile from where I was staying.... they made an appointment for me!
It gets better....
I couldn’t understand why the doctor was so interested in my position at work until he said they’ve never had an insurance company call and make an appointment. I didn’t find out about them waving the copayment until I was leaving.

Trump is on the right path. We need to focus on lowering the cost of drugs, and healthcare in general.

I don't know what planet you're on but i know of no private charity that helps to pay for anyone's health care, which is what we're talking about. Now all they need to do is...

1. Vote to repeal the ACA completely.
2. Vote to repeal Medicare and Medicaid.
3. Remove all Federal funding for hosptabd clinics.
4. Repeal the requirement for clinics and hospitals to treat people who can’t pay.
