Didn't Newsom already pull this trick? Except he authorized $6 million for the study, then vetoed other bills the California Legislative Black Caucus championed. It's all smoke and mirrors BS.

We don't need to care about it....Just laugh at them for their foolishness.

However, NY state might have something to say about it given Mamdani wants a NY state bailout.

If they are dumb enough to bail NYC out given their excesses then we can laugh harder.
