As far as it being a State issue, the reality of the OP is that those rape pregnancies were in RED States and that means Republican States (said so you can understand). The OP is about the Republicans support no abortion "under any circumstances" and they are not talking about it right now because they know that it is an issue that won't help them in November with women (in general).

So when you say dumbass, perhaps you should look in the mirror.

If you go into the inner cities, there are many many teenage girls who get pregnant. Many have abortions. Many have children. Many have abortions and children. If you see the crime many of the perps are from this as they get older. So, tell me why all of those teenage girls do not report all of the sperm donors who impregnated them or there is not a search for them? If below a certain age, that is rape. No father figures around. The pregnant girl's mother could be below the age of 30. This is something that is many decades in the making. So perhaps you are counting rapes like this. Al Sharpton was asked about this problem about a decade ago he was on a program and spent a few seconds on it saying it is a problem and moved on. And he was quick.
