When a woman gets a Court Order for the abortion of an ectopic pregnancy and the state AG threatens to shut down the hospital for performing the abortion, and arrest her doctor if he performs it, there is no "right to life" for the woman.

All developed countries have this same problem. It's the fault that women, themselves, no longer value themselves, or are valued for being stay at home moms. They claim it makes them unequal. But I believe it is the most important job parent can have. Yes men can stay at home and raise the kids though they can't get pregnant and they are not as touchie feely as a woman.

Well from what I've read it's a multi faceted issue.

It started with equal pay for women.
Less pay for men causing economic uncertainty for families.
Then the periods of inflation creating more economic insecurity.
Abortion and contraceptives.
Denigrating nuclear families. (People are not getting married. Single parent families are the largest demographic in America).

We are having issues with productivity in the workplace too. So wages are not going to increase either....for anyone. Machine automation is part of the problem but the solution too. It's just that the production environment is so highly complex that people are producing less and less. Margins are tightly competitive so pay will not increase.

The whole LGBTQ nonsense is not really doing anything....less than 5% of the population. They make a lot of noise but so long as we don't allow gender reassignment surgeries these children will return to heterosexuality.

The only positive methodology is with tax breaks and incentives. Childcare is expensive for young families....and both parents must work to afford to live. So the tax credits need to remain high. Marriage tax penalties must be replaced with marriage tax credits. Childcare workers need to be tax exempt....not administrators of corporations but actual diaper changers and nose wipers. (It will increase the quality of the workforce and remove some of the predators by their coworkers being intelligent enough to catch on to deviant behaviors)

Smoothing and easing the economic hardships of young couples WILL go a LONG way towards assisting.

For decades now guys have been reluctant to engage in sexual activities with women for the possibility of a pregnancy as well as STDs. A pregnancy will cost a third of your gross income for 25 years. And judges will give it to her every time regardless of her fitness to actually parent the child. Paternal rights suck in every state. Changes are coming but very very slowly.


And that's why we do not have much of a future for this nation.

I used to be a states rights advocate form this issue, but realized that the states who makes it illegal will all be stuck on Democrats in every election ignoring all other issues.

Hard Religious Right want to outlaw it completely and the Republicans will never win an election again.

I think Trump, and know myself believes in compromise and 16 weeks is a good number. With all the options you have it is the woman's fault if she doesn't abort before the, and the only exception should be the life or death of the mother or the fetus. Maybe genetic defects too, like Downs syndrome, Bipolar, or maybe once they find it the gay gene. And partial birth abortions should prosecute all willing parties for murder.
