I wonder if anyone could provide an example for me of a voting initiative that makes it easier for Republicans to vote, but more difficult for Democrats. Or, if you prefer, easier for White people to vote, but more difficult for People of Color? Please explain why it is easier or more difficult, using small words, so I can understand.

Republican governors and/voting officials, not only gerrymandering, but closing voting stations in predominantly black areas while expanding more access in the white areas.

Once again, racism is at the root of the problem.

Republicans have made a science of voter suppression

They confirmed in 2020 that vote by mail brought record turn out and are doing everything they can to stop it.

Other than that, there is the Voter ID gambit that they admit is meant to reduce urban and student voting.

Then reducing the number of voting stations and hours in urban areas.

Basically, low turnout helps Republicans

The better question, DGS49, is why do Republicans feel that this is the only way they can possibly win?
