Hearsay and second hand rumors. Barnes was not in the meetings. There was a trup by Connally to meet with several other middle eastern leaders but Barnes was not witness to the details of those meetingss nor was he informed of specifics,

He simply FEELZ like that is what the meetings were about

This is conspiracy theory crap as anyone with a working brain can clearly say
