5. Let’s admit that the entire reparations discussion is really about tearing down the image of America….slavery and all. And this current thread is only about the assumption of reparation…and it will happen if the Democrats gain total control, but in calculating the numbers eligible for the windfall, how about this number: People come here from all over the world because of opportunity. And many do so because they know it is a damned lie that there is institutional, systemic racism in America.

Here’s proof: 2.1 million

It is estimated that the current population of African immigrants to the United States is about 2.1 million. According to the Migration Policy Institute, as of 2009 two-thirds of the African immigrants were from either East or West Africa.

Over two million black Africans, sentient human beings, voluntarily placed their faith in a move to America, basing their hopes on the knowledge that they have the same opportunity as those with a different color skin.




Not having been slaves, and probably descendants of folks who made the slave trade happen…..do they get paid due to their skin color (that’s what counts for the Democrats).

And, according to the last Census, at least 10% of all couples are racially mixed. Do their kids get paid??? A full share, or a percentage???



I’m gonna take a guess that the Democrats, in homage to their Bolshevik predecessors, couldn’t care how much they steal from the earners, or white folks, or any who aren’t black, and they'll restrict the lottery winners in the same way they restrict illegal aliens who show up to vote….no restrictions.

As a noted Constitutional Law scholar, I have to say that the British had the right idea on "reparations for slavery."

The Fifth Amendment to the U.S. Constitution states, in effect, that no person may have their private property taken away by government without "due process," and compensation.

There can be no doubt that chattel slaves were "property." They had financial value, they could be bought and sold...they were PROPERTY. Accordingly, the slave owners were entitled to be paid out of public funds for the value of the slaves that were emancipated by the 13th Amendment. But this was never done. This injustice should be rectified as quickly as possible.

On the other hand, we have the tort of FALSE IMPRISONMENT. No person may keep another person confined without that person's consent, and to do so is a compensable tort. So the descendants of the slaves should be allowed to SUE the estates of the slave-owners and collect damages for the false imprisonment of their ancestors. No statute of limitations can possibly apply to this horrific mass tort.

I would suggest that a fund be created with the money owed to the descendants of the slave owners, and the descendants of the slaves can sue to get a piece of that money, in the name of their enslaved ancestors.

Now all we have to do is figure out who the parties are in each case. A few notable points:

• Barry Soetoro gets nothing; he is not descended from slaves,
• Bi-racial people get nothing...too confusing,
• Since this is all Government money, any money received by plaintiffs from Government in the form of welfare, housing subsidies, food stamps, free medical care, etc., must be deducted from the settlements.

Fair is fair.

As a noted scholar of history, moi, I must advise you that you have forgotten that the Democrats place no stock in the United States Constitution.

In July 5, 1935, in a letter to Representative Samuel B. Hill of Washington, the President manifested his contempt for the Constitution. Hill was chairman of the subcommittee studying the Guffey-Vinson bill to regulate the coal industry: the purpose of the legislation was to re-establish, for the coal industry, the NRA code system which the Supreme Court had unanimously declared unconstitutional. Roosevelt wrote: "I hope your committee will not permit doubts as to constitutionality, however reasonable, to block the legislation."

Let's review what is 'fair.'

It is applying the RICO act to the organization that maintained slavery.
...one particular organization is, if any are, responsible for the claimed plight of black Americans. And that organization is called the Democrat Party.



Lets say two men are waiting on line in a bakery, and the one second in line attacks the man ahead of him. A third man intercedes to protect the man being attacked.
Police detain all three, sorting out the details, and the result is a civil suit for damages.
Who has damages? Black folks
Who is responsible for those damages? The Democrat Party
Who is blameless, and/or should receive a commendation? The Republican Party




Clearly, no Republicans should be responsible for paying reparations. In fact, the debt was paid off by the nation in the mid-nineteenth century....by the Republican Party.

2. What is the ubiquitous curse today? Of course, it is “You racist, you!!” And that brings us to the question of why that is so, and where it is headed. Clearly, using the term against another is meant to express moral outrage at slavery and oppression, and one’s own virtue-signaling. It has gotten to the point where it presages both a dangerous threat, and, a laugh-line:

I have my doubts that the bulk of Union soldiers were, in their hearts, fighting to end slavery, or on the other hand, that the Confederates were fighting to preserve it. I do not question the fact that the sine qua non of the Civil War was chattel slavery, but it is a stretch to say that so many fukkers died "to free the slaves," or conversely to keep them enslaved. In their hearts I suspect it was more about preserving the Union and States rights.

On the other hand - my previous post notwithstanding - I do "feel" that the mountains of cash and goodies that have been distributed to the descendants of slaves in the name of the "War on Poverty" have pretty much erased the financial debt to them. "They" were nicely promised forty acres and a mule at the time of emancipation, and we probably could have made good on that promise by stealing said land from the Injuns and breeding the livestock from military assets, but "we" never did and shame on "us."* What's past is past.

It is of little value to mention or dwell on the horrific history of the Democrat party...the KKK, Jim Crow, eugenics, and all that. NOBODY is willing to slander current Democrats with those arrows, which must rightly be directed at people long dead.

I have my doubts that the bulk of Union soldiers were, in their hearts, fighting to end slavery, or on the other hand, that the Confederates were fighting to preserve it. I do not question the fact that the sine qua non of the Civil War was chattel slavery, but it is a stretch to say that so many fukkers died "to free the slaves," or conversely to keep them enslaved. In their hearts I suspect it was more about preserving the Union and States rights.

On the other hand - my previous post notwithstanding - I do "feel" that the mountains of cash and goodies that have been distributed to the descendants of slaves in the name of the "War on Poverty" have pretty much erased the financial debt to them. "They" were nicely promised forty acres and a mule at the time of emancipation, and we probably could have made good on that promise by stealing said land from the Injuns and breeding the livestock from military assets, but "we" never did and shame on "us."* What's past is past.

It is of little value to mention or dwell on the horrific history of the Democrat party...the KKK, Jim Crow, eugenics, and all that. NOBODY is willing to slander current Democrats with those arrows, which must rightly be directed at people long dead.
