Do you remember the Constitution?

The Supremes do.

In Brandenburg v. Ohio (1969), the Supreme Court established the "imminent lawless action" test, limiting government restrictions on speech to cases where it is both directed at inciting imminent violence and likely to produce such action.

Here's a more detailed explanation:
  • The Case:Ineligibilities and Waivers: Laws
Clarence Brandenburg, a Ku Klux Klan leader, was convicted under an Ohio law that prohibited advocating for violence or crime.

  • The Ohio Law:ENGAGE IN TERRORIST ACTIVITY DEFINED- As used in this chapter, the term "engage in terrorist activity" means, in an individual capacity or as a member of an organization-

The law, known as the Criminal Syndicalism Act, made it a crime to advocate for violence or crime as a means of political reform.

  • The Supreme Court Ruling:
The Supreme Court overturned Brandenburg's conviction, finding that the Ohio law violated his First Amendment right to free speech.
    • The speech must be "directed to inciting or producing imminent lawless action".

Now tell me, O Columbia graduate girl: Is HAMAS a designated terrorist organization?
Yes or No.

Yes. I've discussed the 1st Amendment on numerous occasions in class in high school and college.
There are limits to the 1st Amendment which I'm sure you're aware of. Yelling fire in a crowded movie theater.
Another limit is you're not allowed to instigate violence against anyone or induce other's into committing a crime.
There are special limitations on college campuses. Protesters aren't allowed to take over buildings or occupy spaces that causes a hindrance to other students' ability to attend classes, or feel safe on campus.
And the fact is when a person instigates violence and antisemitic protests on campus , encourages harm to Jewish Americans, and supports terrorist organizations, and that person is not a citizen but rather a person here as a permanent guest of the USA, that person has stepped over the line and becomes deportable.

Allowing non citizens to undermine our government, disturb the peace, instigate unrest on college campuses, threaten Jewish Americans, support terrorist organizations, etc. under a misguided notion that their constitutional protection of free speech overrides all the rest of that is just nuts.

You fail to understand that this is all moot considering the fact that the state department doesn't have to allow him to stay in the US because he's showing support of terrorist organizations while on green card status.
They simply have decided to revoke his green card and boot him out of the country.

Where is the evidence that he supports terrorism or terrorists? This question has been asked repeatedly, and so far I haven't seen anyone provide any evidence.

As was mentioned earlier on this thread, you do realize that anyone who the government wants to discredit or destroy can be called a terrorist or potential terrorist? They've done that with patriots, conservatives and other anti-globalist liberty-minded people. And I believe that's just going to get worse as time goes on... especially when they have so many useful idiots unwittingly helping them with all their agendas.

So instead of throwing that word around willy nilly, back it up with evidence please.

This shouldn't even have to be stated, but there are plenty of people who simply want an end to the war and especially an end to the killing of civilians. There are plenty of people who are against the violence, not just from one side but from ANY side. Do those people who want peace support terrorism? That is utterly retarded.

Seems to be a wall that goes up when Jews are being persecuted. People that I THOUGHT I knew and THOUGHT were on the same page, suddenly support the persecutors. They become blind to the abuses against Jews and surround and protect TERRORISTS.

Hmmm. That's funny... I lived in the Middle East for 2 years where those were worn (this was many years ago, as a kid, because of my Dad's job) and I didn't see everyone who wore a keffiyah running around committing terrorism.

In fact, as I've mentioned before on other threads, my experience living there was a good one. :dunno: The people were very hospitable and kind.

If we're talking about terrorism....maybe we should look into what the alphabet agencies have done to create many of these terrorist groups in the first place, and the government / media lies that served as pretexts to start wars over there and keep the neverending wars going. But I digress.

Your stupid theories and accusations are only a diversion from the fact that this clown has been a vocal supporter of Hamas.

Stay on topic

I see you'd rather change the subject from America and the Constitution.

Folks tend to do that when they found they've lost the argument.
How so? He is Not A Citizen.

He gets to go to courr. Executive orderrs are bound to challenge by rhe courts.

I have No Sympathy for these Pali Protesters. None. They used fear and intimidation on that campus.

Yeah id toss that asshole out myself.

Explain River to Sea Meaning.

Screw Hamas and its mouthpieces.

He is one of them. Like I said ud rather him just rot in jail.

I don't believe I'll be calling you for any reason.

I've schooled you on the Constitution and the rights of legal residents, but, in the words of the Bible, you've been measured, and found to be wanting.

I’ve watched this past administration destroy title IX so they could fulfill their sexual fantasies, and were cheered on by the left.

I did not let that horse out of the barn snowflake.

You seem wayyyyyyyyyy more interested in protecting the perceived right of a none citizen who created havoc to AMERICAN CITIZENS, then you appear to be concerned about our most innocent CONSTITUTIONALLY protected AMERICAN citizens. Why?

I think we all know why.

Yes, the stupidity and ignorance on this thread is off the charts. And deep brainwashing, that's for damn sure.

Whenever you can provide the evidence, please do. If you're so sure about it, it shouldn't be difficult. You can do it! :113:
Why don't do a little independent research instead of using that lame "show me the proof" or "Link Please" bull shit.
