47,000 civilians, including women and children, are dead. And their lives only improved in areas where the American troops were around to protect them. In rural communities, little changed. And in the end, the Americans abandoned them to the Taliban so what's the difference?

The USA did NOTHING to prevent or stop Malala Yousafzai from being attacked and shot by the Taliban in 2012 for advocating for education for girls.
