There is some regulations that I would agree with, in regards to Casino gambling that would also allow it.
1. Only one city in America can have Casino Gambling, (you pick the city) thereby keeping the economy AND Competition in it LOCAL, and not affecting the quality of other types of resort areas and the Employment and pay scales and standard of living in other resort areas.
2. Casinos are not allowed Around other types of Resorts nor can they own or operate other (different) types of Facilities.
3. The Minimum age rises to 25, NOT staying 21 as it currently is.
4. You cannot make bets for 1 hour after taking a SIP of ONE Alcoholic Beverage, you take a swig and you're done gambling for one hour.
5. Alcohol cannot be served to Gamers at the Gaming table.
6. To gamble, you need a Casino Dealer's school graduation certificate and be Self employed, (or) number 7.
7. When you check in, you need to show the security staff how much money you are coming in with, and you can only bet half of it on that day, the Maximum bet is $25 per $100 that you are designated to gamble with.
8. Gambling on Casino credit is Banned.
Again.... this isn't not about what is current.
