The Mueller report said the Trump team did not coordinate ahead of time with the Russians, that the investigators could find, so they did not conspire ahead with the Russians to steal the DNC and Clinton campaign emails. But the Mueller report also said that the Trump Campaign did not hesitate to use the stolen emails after the Russians stole them to help Trump, and that the Trump Campaign after the emails were stolen by the Russians, met with or contacted the Russian operatives over 150 times before the election.

Also, after the Mueller report was posted, they found out that Manafort and Gates...the assistant Trump Campaign manager, gave to aRussian operative and oligarch the Trump Campaign inside polling reports weekly on how the swing states were polling, so the Russians could use their operatives and trolls to influence the voters in those states. None of the people involved in the Popadopolous meeting were CIA employees (except Brennan), and not one CIA employee was ever interviewed by Durham or Barr and that's a fact.

The CIA most likely funded the Popadopolous trip to the UK, Popadopolous didn't have the money, and the people who contacted him (he thought) were probably CIA, but no one knows for certain.

All of the people involved at the time were intelligence agency people, MI-6 or CIA or Australian Intelligence, but nothing went through 5-Eyes channels, including the so-called "articulable factual basis".
