You love him you listen to him and you take the wisdom of his years but you know his day is over and it will NEVER be like it was when he was young again.

I think that America has a fair balance between the cold-hearted tough luck perspectives of the ultra conservative side of the political spectrum and the share-the-wealth even with those who are unproductive ultra left side of the political spectrum.

If America goes too far in one direction, the voting public will vote into office those who will move America in the other direction.

I think you would find that most of us liberals just want to help people Become productive citizens.

It is just a very few who would not want it done senseably.

There are good fiscal reasons to have a heart and helping people does not destroy society like some think.
