In many parts of the nation, there are Republicans who are more aware of African American issues than Joe will ever be. You can pick out frauds and yet not see Joe as one. Joe is responsible for some nasty legislation in crimes and domestic abuse. Changes are needed for those issues. Just some of Joe.
