Just that you implied this was about some personal or political beef with conservatives when in actually it was an earnest attempt to save lives.

If anything, the use of a proxy makes the accusation of being unconstitutional even weaker.

The point being that you are claiming the government can't make a request for voluntary compliance because any such request would be a demand is silly. The government does often request voluntary compliance and there's nothing unconstitutional about it. There are rules and regulations about when something is a request and when it is coercion.
