Please explain how you test the IQ's of babies while in the womb before their education begins via audible input. Please explain how these so called studies subtracted out the effects of drugs and alcohol abuse during pregnancy.

How did they adjust for socioeconomic factors, by comparing what? You think you can adjust for abuse by associating scores of disparate types of families? Huh? How do you measure black culture in white families? You think you can just magically raise IQs of a population overnight by adopting a few that are the worst off? How much do you reasonably expect good parents to raise the IQ of an abused child adopted years after birth?
