This became Obvious, pârticularly during the Investigations made around the Benghazi Attacks' affair, when Strong Suspicions were expressed about a probable link with Murdered US Ambassador Stevens' alleged role in some last-minute attempts to Monitor What kind of Arms, smuggled often via Qatar, Kuweit or others, were Distributed, mainly through Turkey, at Which End Users among various Rebel Groups, with Links in Syria and/or elsewhere.
