The military is free to practice their religion as a military member too, as long as good order and discipline are not negatively impacted and there are no laws or regs broken.

And if you are not medically certified to regulations and refuse to do so, you are released.

That is not how it works, and to be honest I doubt that it will stand. Because there are courts even higher, that will likely overturn this one.

Just as the ACA action, by the same judge no less. For the same reason, that the "plaintiff" had no cause to file the lawsuit in the first place.

My point is that Social Norms have trumped Religious freedom more than once.

But let’s take Religious Freedom to the current situation. 32 Naval Service Members which includes the Marines have been granted an exception by a Judge based upon Religious Beliefs. Would you trust those people in a combat job? Say as a line Rifleman or a SEAL?
