1. The government has no authority to interfere with the sale.
2. They've been talking about the regulation of social media for a long time and nothing has happened, because what ever they try to do will have to pass SCOTUS scrutiny. That won't be easy.

Constitutionally, I don't believe the Biden Administration has a leg to stand on. It could be nothing more than the obligatory political posturing whenever something happens that the Left doesn't like. I was watching Tucker tonight and he said they were talking about going after Musks' other business adventures, kind of like what they were trying to do to Trump in NYC. A year after 1/6 and they are still conducting witch hunts on Trump.

I'll reiterate, There is huge difference between "Misinformation" and "Disinformation". "Misinformation" may contain incorrect views expressed by ill-informed people. Contrast that to "Disinformation", which is essentially a powerful weapon that is used by people that fully well know that exactly what they are claiming is false.... Fifty one experts all (falsely) claiming that Hunter's laptop was Russian "disinformation" is the classic example of "disinformation".. and is quite different from "misinformation".
