It's called Prosecutorail Discretion. But I wouldn't expect a dimocrap to know that unless it reads it in one of the many self-serving rag publications currently going bankrupt

It's not a motion. It means Prosecutors can pick and choose what cases they bring to a Grand Jury.
How do you think dimocrap scum get away with so much? dimocrap scum persecutors choose not to prosecute them.

There was. They're claiming selective prosecution.... As in, they're only doing it because she's a Strong Black Woman™ and Trump is mean.
I brought up Prosecutorial Discretion as a counter to the claim of her being picked on because she's Black and Beautiful....
Next they'll claim that Trump is prosecuting her because he hit on her and she turned him down. I mean -- Look at her. Who wouldn't want a piece of that aromatic snizz? You know you do. Admit it.....
