The prosecutor feels that if there is one case that could put him in jail, it would be Georgia. Yup...many feel the same way.

But even if he is indicted, a jury trial will have a MAGA sitting on it. So......
Go ahead and make your point. You know what court it would be in or who the jurors would be or that a MAGA person would be there to prevent it, even if there was a preponderance of taped evidence to purposely ignore, or that he might finally win an election based trial, as he would finally hire a good MAGA legal minded lawyer for a change? What? What?

Trump will only go to jail, or worse, if the DOJ gains the confidence to move against Trump for his crime of sedition. As it stands at the moment, the weight of the argument is still going to Trump and his power to persuade his extremsit supporters to start a mini-civil war on his behalf.

That could change dramatically before the 24 elections and Trump could even find himself facing execution for his crimes against his country.

I wouldn't bet much money on either outcome at this point in time.

Than state your point if you have one, other than ending the sentence of your OP post with something other than "So..." as if you would like reader members to finish your sentences for you. Either you've got something to say or you don't.

Declaration #14952 over the last five years that Trump is "headed to prison".

They won't even charge him because they know that people will then tune in...to hear his defense. A good defense team would be sure to drag culpability well beyond him.

Election Night itself was so unusual as to lead to suspicion by many level headed and logical people. How long did it take to count all the votes?

There were enough unusual circumstances on Election Night and those that followed that, whether accurate or completely unfounded; suspicion in the process was justiable and deserving of investigation.

What a bizarre fantasy, considering the incriminating evidence is Trump's own, recorded words on a.phone call.
