Paranoid delusions. Preemptive excuses you are lining up for when your fantasies collide with reality.

What's paranoid. It is a fact. Clearly you know the history of Hollywood and how they protected their actors.

It still happens. Just not as obviously.

Nah, all delusions. For when your fantasies once again collide with reality. Can't admit you were wrong and change your mind. Must be a big conspiracy.

Unless your fantasies come to pass. Then it will all be above board and no conspiracy.

Rinse, repeat.

Where I can see you, but you can't see me
This wasn't a "prop gun".
It was a gun, used as a prop.

I will count on and DEMAND your support the next time a gun owner is charged for such a crime.

Well, make sure you also show me his support staff and how he was.performing his job and was assured the gun was safe by this support staff. Good luck.

And you tell us how baldwin is absolved of these rules.... At no time was he required to cock the weapon, and pull the trigger. He was rehearsing drawing the weapon. HE CHOSE to point it, and pull the trigger.

TREAT ALL GUNS AS IF THEY ARE LOADED, ALL OF THE TIME.

NEVER PLACE YOUR FINGER ON THE TRIGGER UNLESS YOU ARE PREPARING TO SHOOT

NEVER LET THE MUZZLE COVER THAT WHICH YOU ARE NOT WILLING TO DESTROY

BEFORE YOU SHOOT, YOU MUST IDENTIFY YOUR TARGET, AND WHAT IS BEYOND IT

But that likely will not happen,IMO. He had a reasonable expectation the gun was safe, like the 1000s of other times he fired a prop gun.

It was not a prop gun you moron. A prop gun is not capable of chambering a live round. It was a REAL GUN.

“Local 44 has confirmed that the Props, Set Decoration, Special Effects and Construction Departments were staffed by New Mexico crew members. There were no Local 44 members on the call sheet,” Secretary-Treasurer Anthony Pawluc said in the email, according to Variety and IndieWire.

If there were no members from Local 44 was on the call sheet, how the fuck did Local 44 confirm that there was a single live round in a gun being used on a site they weren't involved with??

It may just be time to start investigating Local 44's role in this...

Because propmasters talk to each other.

Don’t you ever get tired of being a lying idiot? Baldwin is in big trouble and criminal charges are on the table per the local police. He’s getting negligent homicide at minimum.

Well, it appears that is not the case. Not everyone who accidentally shoots another person is charged with a crime.

In the real world they usually are. The rich and famous usually get a pass.

That's hardly an explanation, and you're missing the larger point.

See, the only way for Local 44 to find our such information would've been for someone on the set of "Rust" to tell Local 44 that there was a live round in the gun. And, the only way someone on the set of the movie could absolutely know that information was true is if they intentionally loaded the round into the gun.

Local 44, as well as the propmaster and armorer for "Rust", need to be thoroughly investigated...

He was obviously negligent as he didn't check the weapon as all shooters in that situation should, but I think it's likely that he'll skate on any charges.

I think he's looking at a huge civil lawsuit.

Local 44 had no people there. She is non union, as is most of the secondary crew from what I can gather.
