It stands to reason that a newborn would be somewhere in between the 2 and that at some point the human's value peaks and begins to depreciate.

If my "bodily autonomy" kills another person their right to life supersedes my right to bodily autonomy. I have a right to swing my fist around all over the place right up until it hits you in the nose. The baby has "bodily autonomy" as well. Not to mention that the Government legislates bodily autonomy all the time.
