When the Administration announced the destruction of that boat, the drugs and the drug cartel crew, I don’t recall them claiming that the boat was close to the U.S. territorial waters at the time of its obliteration.
I should note, here, more the benefit of Care4all than for you, that I saw that Secretary of State Rubio did make a reference to “imminent.” Therefore, that particular ground (which wasn’t the only ground for justifying that military action) has to turn on what was meant by “imminent.”
