Sorry but I don't take personal advice from TDS afflicted people who are just trolling and have no interest in participating in the discussion. President Trump makes mistakes because he is human. But he corrects them and so far I have not found anything immoral that he has done as President. And only what he does as President matters when it comes to judging anything.

"Facilitate" does not say "return him now." It just says the Government must make conditions favorable for his return, should it be required. I've read the decision multiple times, and the language does not demand he be returned.

Even still, as much as trash as he is, his due process rights need to be followed. Follow the law to the letter.

I think it still has to be determined what the law actually is regarding these illegals. President Trump, Tom Homan et al are quite right that we simply cannot have a court trial for all 20+ million illegals in this country. And illegals who break the law here can be ejected immediately.
Since he has no convictions on his record, Trump and Bondi have agreed Garcia can return but El Salvador, where he is a citizen, is not allowing that. So the ball is in El Salvador's court.
