Predictions On Which Candidates Will Be In The Center Of "The Ten Man Line Up" Come Debate Season?

At this point, with all 42 candidates finally in the race and running, can we agree that "The Middle Four Or Five" center stage candidates will be: Cruz,Trump,Walker,Rubio and hopefully John Kasich. They better put the ones with the personalities right in the center, it would be so cool/entertaining to have Kasich and Trump next to each other. That would be the equivalent of the show we had between Romney and Perry.
