Meaningless. Oil is a global commodity.

The fact is that 20% of the GLOBAL output goes through the straits of Hormuz, and Iran has effectively cut that off. If their Houthi buddies start up in the Red Sea, that's another 6% of the global output.

Even if we produced 100% of our usage domestically, (we don't) the GLOBAL cost of oil is going up because Iran has cut off 20% of the oil.
