Gov. Northam never alluded to a discussion topic of whether the infant "should" live or die. It is your often repeated lie that he did. Typical of the Rush style propagandists these days but a lie on it's face. They could possibly discuss a prognosis where the deformation of the infant will likely result in death. The term "should" thrown in there would seam to mean that the parents or the doctor could make a decision to kill the newborn. That is just not the case no matter how many time you and others like you lie about it.

Feel free to quote the Governor saying that the discussion would involve whether or not the infant "should" live or die and Yothat the parent(s) or the doctor have the right to make that decision legally.
