He won not because of leadership skills but because the United States has a huge proportion of idiots. Leaders are observed best at times of crisis. We all saw his "handling" of Covid, he alienated most of his staff, ridiculed scientific advice, abandoned a valuable already vetted pandemic plan and just made an ass of himself as his poor staff tried their best to get stuff done despite his idiocy.

He routinely blames others for his mistakes, never admits error and cannot build and enthuse a team. Unless you've worked for good quality leaders you'll have no idea what I'm talking about. You interpret bullying as leadership, you don't understand the difference between a boss and a leader.

If Trump were a foreman he'd be the kind of foreman that the guys on the job would hate and want to slap down, he throws people under the bus all the time. Good leaders never have to do that because their staff respect their leader and trust him and he enables them to achieve their best.

You have never led anything nor have you worked for truly competent leader else you'd see Trump as I do.

As I have said many of times last night (Election Night), Harris did that to herself. She attacked him with a sole goal of having "nothing to lose". When she knew she couldn't inform America her policies. She was obviously coached, and she lost - fair and square.

I also mentioned that this is a repeat of 2016, when another woman lost to Trump - her name is Hillary Clinton.
