I like where I live in Arizona, but as I get older and my wife gets older, the harsh reality of the rapacious health insurance industry starts to become evident. A prescription for her last year, a small bottle of pills cost us 500 dollars and I have very good insurance.

So the USA really is not a country to grow old in, in England (for example) EVERY PRESCRIPTION costs 10 dollars no matter what the medicine is and no matter the quantity.

I know a young woman who fell of her bike in Philly, banged her head and she had no insurance (yet) and she was taken to hospital. She was charged 10,000 dollars for the cost of a CAT scan.

The US is plagued by gun violence, utterly insane for a so-called developed Christian country. You guys get very cheap gas compared to other countries, sooner or later the United States' adventures in other people's backyards is going to cause a huge price hike in gasoline.

The US national debt is INSANE and is going to lead to massive drops in wealth here.

The US social security fund has been - illegally - "borrowed" from for years and it has never been paid back and now faces a shortfall by 2034 or so.

These are the kinds of problems a presidential candidate SHOULD be talking about but a billionaire like Trump doesn't give a shit, he really doesn't care about the American people - why oh - why can't you dingbats appreciate that with all the evidence you have about him!

The core problem is that MAGATS actually believe they live in a great country, but we don't. Yes go and blame "the Dems" if you like but the fact is the standard of living in the United States has been falling for decades and decades.

So go on, enjoy the victory sing-song and hullabaloo but reality is out there and the country is declining, losing its standing in the world and facing a future cataclysm like nothing you've ever imagined and Trump can do NOTHING to help you.

What you are talking about isn't new. And Trump has not addrerssed it. People lied to themselves with the ACA...it fixed nothing.

Biden, in his debate, only talked about giveaways. And all I thought about was the 34 Trillion we were at at the time....getting bigger faster. His year to year deficits were much larger than Trumps. I don't expect Trump to fix it. It's going to be painful.

Harris' campaign was the same thing....empty promises she can't pay for.
