Trump is threatening to fire lots of Fed employees. What will be the impact of opinion then I wonder.

The Fed employees who are fired won’t be happy. The 99% of those who are NOT Fed employees and understand how bloated our debt-ridden government is will be happy.
Private industry downsizes all the time. Why should govt employees be exempt?

What about the US citizens that rely on those services of the employees being fired. Will they be happy?
He would fire them anyway.....and then rehire half of them quietly without announcing it like they had to do at the Department of Education just to get the student loan side working again after it was DOGE'd.
The govt is bloated, with at least half goofing off half the day. Before they were called back to the office, they were at the swimming pool, at the movies, on the golf course, on ski trips - all while claiming they were working from home.
In other words, the work will just be divided among 10% fewer workers, and the workers will have to put in full days.
