I hear the People of Canada, Daanmark, and Die Nederlands tend to have pretty good opinions about their governments' trustworthiness.

Colorado is only one state being robbed by Uncle Sam, but they were kicking ass until Democrats made some gains out there. Pretty well organized, larger than most nations, and unfortunately they are being denied further growth due to Uncle Sam's pig appetite. Many US states in the same boat.

So any State which has law enforcement and expects people to obey the law is authoritarianism and tyranny?

I'll take peace, order, justice, and liberty over anarchy, chaos, and the 'natural state' any day- as would any sane and rational person. That's why we have States and law in the first place.
