As a former vet and gun owner, I doubt it. I don't call the cops unless absolutely necessary, I like being alive that much. The cops were I live are too busy stoppin mf's for seat belt violations and expired tags...the real hard shit

We have several districts here in the metro that if you go on game day you have to get there hours in advance to have any chance of getting seated. Then we have outdoor plazas that are dedicated to our teams that are near impossible to get into on GameDay.

And that doesn't include hotels, the stadiums themselves & casinos. My guess would be that professor studied minor league areas or areas where the fans don't give a **** about their teams.
Last night's Royals game had attendance near 28k in the stadium & all the usual spots around town were standing room only. Then we have the Chiefs & a professional soccer team.

He is employed by his team and he can be penalized for actions that potentially harm that team. There is no constitutional right involved. How stupid is it to expect a uniformed police officer to perform to certain standards but not a uniformed football player?
I supposed that next it will be argued that there is a Constitutional right to be off sides when the ball is snapped.

Employers are not forbidden from penalizing an employee for misbehavior on the job. That is true of police officers and football players alike.
Police officers working security on their own time are not working for the general public at that time.
There is nothing illegal about refusing security jobs.
Do you also consider a penalty for unsportsmanlike conduct a violation of 1st Amendment rights?

First of all the reason we have so much crime in exclusive black community is because of LESS COPS BEING PRESENT.
