Please explain for my simple brain how this is rigging... and how come 36 + 27+ 31 doesn't add up to 100%? It adds up to 94% so where's the missing 6%???

It's not so much as rigged as it's about each party setting their rules that favor the power of R's and D's and who they choose who will run next.
Hillary figured it out when Obama got more electoral votes before the primaries began.
It is set up so that other independants can't compete fairly.
