It gets pretty complex in modern globalist terms. Emphasis on the complex...as in "military industrial complex". Quite a few countries are players in that. You didn't answer my question, in this instance what was it supposed to be 'sparking'? Your comment below was in response to Frank's lie about Mossad and the CIA killing Iranians in February, that he somehow knows 'for certain' from his super secret always accurate sources.
