Seems to me that anyone who insists on associating Jews, per se, with the Fascist Tribute act of Israel, must hate Jews.
Very many Jews work very hard to be heard because they DON'T support Israel, and actively OPPOSE the Zionist agenda.
Unless you want to be identified as a Jew hater, let's be clear:
Israeli: Citizen of the State of Israel. May be Zionist. May be Jewish. May be Anti-Zionist. May be non-Jewish.
Zionist: Supporter of the aims of Zionism.
Zionism: A political movement to associate Jews to one particular place, and to create a home for them there, so to end the Diapora. That place is usually Palestine, and modern day Israel, but has also been the Horn of Africa. Uganda was considered. Modern day the place is usually presumed to be the Holy Land. Name derives from Mount Zion, near Jerusalem.
Might be Jewish. May be Muslim. Most are probably Christians, in the US and Europe.
Adolf Hitler was a Zionist for a long while, and had common cause will the movement to relocate Jews to Palestine.
Jew (En. polite - 'Jewish'): A person of the Jewish religion. Sometimes also a Zionist (ie: supportive of Zionist aims) some times opposed to Zionist aims. Often indifferent and wishing people would stop insisting they have a stated view.
May have converted to the religion, or been brought up in it.
May also include people who are not religious but associate culturally to Jewish traditions.
Sometimes defined by strict Religious interpretation as person born of a Jewish mother. However this definition has unfortunate association to 1930's Germany racial and genetic definitions of the religion.
Semite: Person with family heritage to one or more of the Semitic Peoples. These include (though not exclusively) Amharic, Ammonite, Amorite, Arabic, Aramaic/Syriac, Canaanite/Phoenician/Carthaginian, Chaldean, Eblaite, Edomite, Ge'ez, Hebrew, Maltese, Mandaic, Moabite, Sutean, Tigre and Tigrinya, and Ugaritic.
Anti-Semite: Person who has antipathy towards the Semitic people solely or primarily due to their Semitic culture. In a popular but narrow sense this is used inaccurately as a synonym for Anti-Jewish.
In popular culture the term is also used for anyone critical of policies of, and policies supporting the modern state of Israel.
Israel: a militaristic state created in the mid 20th Century by European emigres from Central Europe and The Russias, though force of arms and political support from Russia, Europe and the USA, without consent of the people whom it displaced, and was to displace.
Has particular leanings towards 18th century concepts of racial purity & desire for mono-culturalism. Also has law favouring or disadvantaging by ethnicity. Refuses to confirm its borders, as has intentions similar to the mid-1900's mid European concept of "lebensraum" for its most favoured ethnic group.
